Are walk-in appointments and services Available?
Yes. We understand that sometimes appointments are not always convenient in this journey. Although we offer appointments, we also have walk-in services available.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling us directly at 615-327-5875. We also have walk-in and referral partners for hospital and emergency needs.
Is the information that patients provide confidential?
Yes, all information and services provided are confidential.
What do treatment plans consist of?
Once clients arrive in our clients, they are screened for assessment. From this, our team offers a wide-range of services. These services include counseling for substance abuse disorder, case management & referrals, treatment & medication, screening & treatment for infectious diseases such as hepatitis & HIV, and recovery professional peer support.
Are referrals required for services?
No, there are no referrals required for our services.
What are the hours for the clinic?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST.
Is there an age requirement for services?
While we do not provide treatment for individuals under 18, we encourage you to call us for assistance. Our team can help connect you with appropriate resources and referrals to meet your needs.
What are the resources available in the clinic?
Our clinic provides case management, medical evaluations, therapy (individual and group), transportation resources, and other services as needed.
What costs are involved?
We accept most insurance plans, in which some, depending on the insurance, may require a copay from the patient. If the patient doesn’t have insurance, there is zero cost for the services provided.
